With the chip tuning no papers are provided for the registration. However, operating in traffic is legal only with a registration in the vehicle papers. For a surcharge of 199 € we take care on the registration for you.
Almost all modern engines own so-called emergency run programs. If an engine trouble threatens this system, it immediately intervenes in the engine management. An engine trouble, caused by our optimisation is nearly excluded, because these security systems are not touched with our tuning.
The chip tuning is able to do the run achievement of your engine in a not appreciable measure, because the different engines have a large interpretation of the engingesoftware. Our tuning takes place only within this elbowroom without exceeding his borders. Only if you claim the increased performance as a driver constantly, a higher wear is to be expected.
Because new engines nowadays need only little running-in time, a tuning with a vehicles with still very low run achievement is also no problem.
Often you can expect more power from an engine than is given. We do this, however, only on explicit customer wish, because the danger of an engine trouble rises with extreme tuning considerably. You find the tuning data which we judge for sensible at our database.
At first we check the vehicle with a test run for possible damages and mistakes. Should we ascertain such a damage, we would kindly ask you to get it fixed befor proceeding. If your vehicle is in order, we will carry out the tuning. Afterwards we will finish with a test run with you. Given that your satisfied with our work, your vehicle is handed back to you.
With an usual inspection the tuning cannot be discovered. An extensive diagnosis with on-board diagnosis could report slightly raised values at certain parametres at some vehicles. However, most of the time the tuning remains unnoticed.
You should follow as well as with every not tuned vehicle the given servicing intervals. You should drive your vehicle always substantially "warmly", or if your vehicle has a turbocharger do not switch off the enginge immediately after a longer journey in order to allow the turbo to cool down. There are no other specific features to follow.
If requested we can restore your vehicle free of charge again into the standard state.
The reserves of the manufacturers cover a normal tuning. With extreme tuning measures the brake assembly should be absolutely adapted to the increased performance. Moreover we discuss the details with you with pleasure.
Small changes in your vehicle do not change the programming of the chip. Bigger changes might need certain adaptation, we would kindly ask you to turn to us, we advice you with pleasure.
Fuel with a higher octane number always offers the better emergency reserves in the full load area. Depending on your vehicle and on the kind of tuning we might recommend the next higher octane fuel. This often enhances the full potential of the tuning.
No, because the exhaust gas behaviour moves in the allowed tolerance of the respective pollutant norm.
Also with the tuning of diesel vehicles we pay attention of course to the legally prescribed issue values. We also keep to this strictly, so that a higher soot education virtually does not occur.
Due to the slighty less fuel quality you'll achieve slighty less performance than with normal diesel. If your engine is released by the manufacture for it, there should be no problem.
Especially with diesel vehicles often higher efficiency of your engine ascertains, which lowers consumption. Though, depending on your vehicle a higher consumption cannot be excluded.

Wichtige Hinweise:
Der Einbau der Zusatzelektronik (Tuning-Chip) in Deutschland gemäß § 19 Abs. 3 S. 1 Nr. 4 c StVZO führt dazu, dass die Betriebserlaubnis für das Fahrzeug erlischt, wenn der Einbau des Chips nicht unverzüglich durch einen amtlich anerkannten Sachverständigen abgenommen und eine Bestätigung nach § 22 Abs. 1 S. 5StVZO erteilt wird.

Der Betrieb eines Kraftfahrzeug im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr in Deutschland ohne Betriebserlaubnis gem. § 3 Pflichtversicherungsgesetz führt dazu, dass der Haftpflichtversicherung im Schadenfall nicht zur Leistung verpflichtet ist. Der Betrieb eines Kraftfahrzeug im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr ohne ausreichende Versicherungsschutz in Deutschland stellt eine Straftat dar. Der Einbau der Zusatzelektronik (Tuning-Chip) führt dazu, dass die Gewährleistungsansprüche gegenüber dem Verkäufer sowie die Garantieansprüche gegenüber dem Hersteller für die vom Chip-Tuning betroffenen Teile entfallen können.
